My teachers have been some of the most important and influential people in my life. I am constantly reminded of how lucky I have been, and how extraordinary my training has been under these fabulous mentors. It is because of my wonderful experiences as a student that I take teaching very seriously, not to mention being born to two parents who taught for a living! I started teaching in high school and have continued the journey to this day. Along the way, I enrolled in Suzuki teacher training, interned with the incredible Roberta Guaspari, of Opus 118 We Want Music!, and have tried to continue to become a better teacher by learning from my colleagues, my teachers, and most of all, my students.
